Good morning. It’s a cloudy Saturday and I don’t know about you but I was looking forward to going to the beach today.

6 sliced cherry tomato’s
4 Large Dark Green Branches of Spinach
1 TBS Gorganzola cheese
Dash of Pepper, Salt, Parsley, Oregano.
Mix all together in a bowl and place in pre greased frying pan. Scramble as you would.
1 Slice of toasted Whole Wheat Oatmeal Bread with Butter
Sweet Potato Lovefries
4 Sweet Potato’s cut and cubed
2 TBS olive oil
Dash of oregano, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Heat frying pan with oil until hot, add sweet potato cubes and stir-fry. (For better effect you may boil your sweet potato’s in boiling water for 5 minutes before frying).
